Worship Playlist

worship playlist blog

I am a big fan of having a worship play list. During my study or prayer time I enjoy having my playlist playing softly in the background. Sometimes a certain song will come on, and I have to stop and just worship Him. I know many of us connect with God through poetry and music, and so I wanted to share my list with you and hope you find some new favorites.

You can use the bar on the right hand side of the playlist picture to scroll through the songs.

I know many of these songs are “outdated” to some, but every single song on this playlist has touched my heart. I titled the list 21 days because when I started this play list it was during a 21 days of prayer and fasting that my church was doing together. I never renamed it, because it reminds me of a time of when I grew in leaps in bounds in my faith, and God showed up and showed out!

In all honesty there are times where I go to worship and/or pray and I just don’t feel like it. There are times in my life where I can’t find the motivation or I get stuck in my feelings, and I can’t find the gratitude I should come forward with. When I am lost for words I turn my playlist on, and these songs remind me of what all I have to be thankful for. When words are lost on me I can throw my hands up in worship and thank Him for never leaving me. It reminds me to show Him that no matter what I am feeling, or going through He is always worthy of my praise.

I would love to know some of the songs on your worship playlist. I am always looking for songs to add to my lists. Do you like music to play during your time of worship and/or prayer? Let me know in the comments below, and I hope you are having a blessed day!
